What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours may vary, so please check here for the most up-to-date times.

How can I make a reservation for food?

The best and easiest way to book a table with us is via our online booking system here. For bookings over 6 people please send us a booking request.

How do I change or cancel my reservation?

We appreciate things can change so if you need to cancel or amend your booking with us then please follow the link in your online booking confirmation which will allow you to access your booking and make your necessary changes. If it is a large booking or one that was made over the phone or in person please contact us here.


Do you allow dogs?

Yes we welcome well behaved dogs at The Stag Inn both in the bar area and the downstairs seated areas and of course outside.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash and card payments, including contactless methods aswell as valid gift vouchers (food only).

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes we do offer gift vouchers, available to purchase just ask a member of staff. Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase and can be redeemed when dining with us only.

Do you host events or private parties?

Yes, we can accommodate events and private parties. Please fill in our booking enquiry form here and one of our team will get back in touch as soon as possible.

What guest ales do you serve?

Our guest ales change weekly and we will look to introduce as many new ales for you to try as possible along with bringing back the more popular ones as and when we can. Keep an eye on social media or sign up to join ‘The Herd’ to be the first to hear our news!

What non-alcoholic drinks do you offer?

We have selected a range of non-alcoholic beverages along with 0.0% draft options such as Free-Dam Lager and 0.0% Guinness.

Are you recruiting staff?

FOOD

Do you serve food all day?

Currently we serve food between 5.30pm & 8.45pm Thursday-Saturday and between 12pm & 4pm on a Sunday. For availability please check using our online booking system.

Do you have vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options?

Our menu’s do include options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free preferences. These options are highlighted using symbols on our menu. Certain dishes can be adapted to cater for individual needs - please speak to a member of staff when ordering.

What is your policy on food allergies?

We use specific ingredients that may disagree with certain allergies or intolerances. You are responsible for informing our staff about any dietary needs and/or allergies you may have. Our menu can contain traces of numerous allergens. Those with severe allergies should assess risk before ordering.

Is the menu I see on your website going to be the menu we choose from when we visit?

The menu’s on our website are sample menu’s to give you an idea of the type of food and prices we serve here at The Stag Inn. The menu’s will not change too much but as we only use the freshest ingredients and seasonal produce we may have to slightly adapt the menu and even pricing to reflect market availability and pricing.

Is there a children’s menu?

We certainly do cater for our little Calves and Fawns. You can check out a sample menu here.

Will you be offering any special offers or promotions?

It’s still early days for us here at The Stag Inn and although our food offering is simply our Evening Menu and Sunday Lunch menu we do have plans to introduce special menu’s and promotions. Keep an eye on social media or sign up to join ‘The Herd’ to be the first to hear our news!

Will you be offering a Christmas ‘24 menu?

Unfortunately as we have just launched our food offering we are not in a position to offer a festive menu in addition to our new Evening and Sunday Lunch Menu’s. We hope to be in a position to offer this in the future.
